This review is long overdue,  but I’m glad I waited because my five stars has been further confirmed over time. My first encounter was during the 2025 Fall Festival when Danielle had a small table set up in front of her brand new shop. I was with a friend who stopped for a tarot card reading. As an objective third party, I was really impressed with the reading. Danielle hit on a few things that I don’t think were visually evident, which is pretty amazing, and her intuition and empathy were on clear display. Whether you are really into tarot cards or just want to dip your toe in the water with a reading, you will love the time you spend with her. She instantly feels like a friend.

I told my husband about how awesome she was, and he gave me a gift certificate for a tarot card class with her. This is an EXCELLENT gift. She is a gifted storyteller and teacher, and her warm nature made me feel instantly welcomed into her space. Her explanations of the cards and their meanings supported the way my brain works. I had been trying to dabble in the cards with rote memorization and was not finding much success. Her fun, personable approach wove the cards together into a story that was easy to remember and understand. I booked a 30 minute reading for myself based on that experience and the street fair observation.

The reading she gave me was everything I hoped for; it was truly a conversation that allowed me to frame my thoughts about a particular issue in a reassuring and organized way. Danielle brings a modern approach to her shop and to her reading work. She radiates positive energy and seems connected to it in a way that brings light to the secular world.

I highly recommend stopping by the shop. It’s filled with cool art, books, and jewelry. Take her class with a friend and/or have her read cards for you - it’s a great experience.
